    Limit of Liability

    1. There is a $100.00 fee due at the time of booking to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due on the photo shoot day. The deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the day. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above without informing the Client at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.
    2. Client grants my company exclusivity during the photography session as the sole photographer. Personal cameras, either professional or non-professional, cell phones, tablets, or other devices used to capture photographs are not permitted during the session unless express permission is given by the photographer.
    3. All Photos are the copyrighted property of My Unique Picture and Shabnam Azimi.
