I ask that all clients email or call within 24-48 hours of having your baby. Most babies are booked anywhere from 8-10 or even 12 or 14 days depending on the babys weight. Letting me know when you have your baby early enough allows rooms for re scheduling and adjusting.

Newborn babies grow and change so fast! I want to capture them exactly how they are when they are brand new. However, if you  have already had your baby please contact me to see if I have any availability.

Yes, I have props, more than my studio can handle, I have a large selection of vintage props, bowls, crates etc handmade headbands and tiebacks with delicate bonnets and outfits.

I will be in contact with you a week before your newborn portrait session to go over final details and give you instructions on how to prepare. I have lots of tips and tricks to help us get a sleepy baby for the session.

For sure the flashlight never can harm them while they are sleeping. However, even with open eyes, these professional lighting techniques wouldn’t cause any problem when they are wide awake showing us their most adorable facial expressions.

In My unique picture photography, we also have a natural light studio. It means if your baby doesn’t like to go back to sleep, we can definitely use the beauty of natural light.

Newborn session is the best when your baby is 5-10 days old. Your little one is still sleepy and flexible and their skin is soft. Most of the photos in my newborn portfolio contains images of babies 5-14 days old.

If you miss the newborn stage, it will be still possible to photograph your baby, however, the images might not look similar to the pictures on my portfolio. After 14 days old, newborns are not as sleepy and they do not curl up easily. For older babies I plan for more swaddle set ups and I take more awake shots.

It depends on your baby’s sleepiness and your select package. Usually it can take up to 2 or 3 hours. I allow enough time for feeding and changing. As an artist, I do not like to be rushed and I want you to get the best result possible.

Before the actual session, I usually ask my clients about their favorite colors that they want me to use at the session. Please feel free to send me inspiration images from my portfolio, so I can get a better sense of your style. Prior to your arrival, all the set ups will be ready in the studio. Please note, that everything before the session will be steam sanitized and I require to wear shoe covers in the studio which I provide.

The room is heated for the baby’s comfort, so please dress accordingly. Please feel at home, you can relax and enjoy your rest while I pose and photograph your little model. I provide water and snacks in the studio. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

During the session, the baby’s comfort and safety are my number one priority. I have studied newborn safety, and I will only do poses that I am confident doing.  If the baby has a sibling, I will start by posing the baby with the sibling and then move on to the parents’ shots. Once we finish the family poses, it’s a good idea for one of the parents to take the sibling to my game area or for a walk, so we can concentrate on the newborn session.

Newborn sessions require a very quiet and calm atmosphere. I will be using white noise/baby shushes at the session. We have to keep the baby as relaxed and sleepy as possible.

Yes basic skin retouching is included. For extra retouching (color Changes, head swaps, tattoo removable) extra charges may apply

I love light and airy images, so neutrals always look great! Please avoid patterns and logos on clothing. Please also wear layers as it can get warm and sticky in the studio to keep it toasty for baby.

I photograph babies of any age. Your baby is no longer a newborn however you can still book a session. Please understand the baby most likely will not be able to do newborn poses or wraps and they are usually awake.

Maternity sessions should be scheduled at 29-35 weeks, when you are still feeling good, not too swollen, but have a nice round belly!

You will receive your digital color corrected gallery in about 14 Business Day after Photoshoot . Then, you can choose your favorites for artistic editing. Once, you select your favorites, please allow about 14 Business days to receive your edited digital gallery for download.

During the ordering session I provide “soft proofing” which means your images are not retouched ahead of time. You choose your images and the level of retouching.

You can but I can not guarantee your pet will behave, so this is at your discretion.

Yes you can. I can only guarantee holding images for 90 days, however I store my images on backups and usually can go back quite some time on image files with extra storage fee charge .
